The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and excellent, they helped a lot. the hotel had a central location near great restaurants, shopping, and shows. - I had a lovely time during my 2-night stay in Saint-Sauveur.

Hotel was charming small and absolutely fabulous, loved our stay.

They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with dishware as well as board games and that was essential. The location was good and incredible and the free parking was nearby. Café Cafe white et compagnie located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

We loved our suite with a cozy fireplace and convenient coffee maker and microwave.

All the employees were welcoming and superfriendly.

We were three with 8-years old daughter and found the hotel just excellent place to stay. Clean, quiet rooms with all necessaries and very kind hotel stuff.

We did not see any note that using the phone in the room is additionally charged, so paid $1.14 for one call. Also we were confused with the information about the restaurant, it's not the hotel's one as we understood from the description on the web.

Spacious rooms with a well-arranged layout and a super cozy bed that ensures a good night's sleep 💤.

The total experience was great, I recommend. Every part of it was very good, I enjoyed staff and rooms.

The rooms at this hotel are nicely arranged and a good size, some of them even have a fireplace; it is situated conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and a grocery store.

It would have been nice to have had breakfast options at the Hotel, even a poackage to make your own breakfast.The small grillerin our room could not be easily used as it smoked too much.

Hot tub

Outdoor pool heater was broken or they were too cheap to turn it on. So we only used the hot tub and steam room.

The room was quiet and impressive with a fireplace, shower, hairdryer, and spa bathtub, perfect for families with kids.

They have everything on site: spa, gourmet retaurant, outside pool and it is across the street from all the outlet stores.

There is no restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast. However, there are several places to go less than 5 minutes walking distance and there is a small kitchen within the room to make our own.
